As my freshman year of college comes to a close, I’m beginning to realize the years of being juvenile are soon to conclude as well. For some, that might be a sad realization, while others this is just the beginning of their lives. I, for one, am someone who is cautious and a little saddened about aging. As I’m getting older, I’ve realized what I do now, is trivial to my life later on. This includes education, relationships and my health. Today is the spark of a new beginning for me. I’m embarking to change my health completely. I refuse to sit around and let my young, frivolous body go to waste. From this day forward, I will be healthy, fit, and live the life that was made for me.
